Report a Problem

Use this form to report illicit connections, discharges, and illegal dumping by businesses or residents.

Illicit discharges can include stockpiled chemicals or grease left behind by abandoned businesses or restaurants. Other illicit discharges include auto repair facility fluid discharge; barrels or drums abandoned in alleys; spills from abandoned waste; and restaurants or other industry/commercial businesses hosing off or pouring waste into the street. Prevention of these types of discharges into storm drains will significantly reduce the concentration of pollutants to our streams and lakes.

Accidental Spills
Call 911 in case of an emergency spill. The Austell Fire Department will report to the scene to investigate and control a spill. Use good judgment in reporting spills to emergency officials.
