System Development Fee (RSDF)

Fee rates approved May 3, 1999.
This
fee enables the City of Austell to recover an
equitable and fair portion of the costs of providing
wastewater interceptor and treatment plant capacity
for new customers. Fees are collected from all
customers prior to connection to a sanitary sewer
which will be conveyed through a transmission line.
