CASE RESETS


If you have a special emergency that will prevent you from appearing on your first court date for any non-serious traffic offense - you may send a letter to the Court Services Clerk requesting that your case be reset to another day. Include any supporting documents for this request. Cases are usually reset one to two months from your original court date. This request may be denied.
